FINANCIAL CODE
SECTION 490



490.  (a) In issuing an exemption under this section, the
commissioner may impose any conditions that the commissioner finds
necessary or appropriate.
   (b) The commissioner may, by order or regulation, exempt from the
requirement of authorization by the commissioner set forth in
subdivision (b) of Section 500 or Section 541 or 551 any
establishment of an office that the commissioner finds not necessary
or appropriate to regulate under the section.
   (c) The commissioner may, by order or regulation, exempt from the
requirement of authorization or approval by the commissioner set
forth in Section 507 or 546 any relocation of an office that the
commissioner finds not necessary or appropriate to regulate under the
section.
