FOOD AND AGRICULTURAL CODE
SECTION 64291-64292




64291.  A person shall not use the same name, or a name so similar
as to mislead the public into believing it is the same name, as the
Dairy Council of California.



64292.  Any violation of any provision of this chapter is a
misdemeanor.
