FOOD AND AGRICULTURAL CODE
SECTION 39491



39491.  Colored margarine, dairy spread, or spread is margarine,
dairy spread, or spread which has a tint or shade that contains more
than 1.6 degrees of yellow, or of yellow and red collectively, but
with an excess of yellow over red, measured in terms of the Lovibond
tintometer scale or its equivalent.
