FOOD AND AGRICULTURAL CODE
SECTION 29701-29703



29701.  (a) Unless otherwise specified, a violation of this chapter
is an infraction punishable by a fine of not more than five hundred
dollars (0).
   (b) A conviction of a second or subsequent violation of this
chapter within any 12-month period is a misdemeanor punishable by a
fine of not less than one hundred dollars (0) nor more than one
thousand dollars (,000) or by imprisonment in the county jail for
not more than six months, or by both the fine and imprisonment.




29702.  Any prosecution for the violation of any provision of this
chapter may be made in any county where any part of the offense
occurred.


29703.  Any evidence which is taken by any enforcing officer in any
county may be admitted in evidence in any prosecution in any other
county.
