FOOD AND AGRICULTURAL CODE
SECTION 26421




26421.  The director may make any necessary investigations relative
to reported violations of this part pursuant to Article 2 (commencing
with Section 11180), Chapter 2, Part 1, Division 3, Title 2 of the
Government Code.
