FOOD AND AGRICULTURAL CODE
SECTION 23981




23981.  A person shall not transport any sheep, unless the sheep are
accompanied by a bill of lading which shows all of the following:
   (a) The name of the owner of the sheep.
   (b) The destination of the sheep.
