FOOD AND AGRICULTURAL CODE
SECTION 19040




19040.  The director shall, at least once each month, report to the
Controller the total amount of any money which is collected under
this chapter.  The director shall, at the same time, pay into the
State Treasury the entire amount of the receipts which shall be
credited to the General Fund and expended in carrying out the
provisions of this chapter.
