SECTION 78223 



78223.  The governing board of a community college district may
enforce rules and regulations relating to eligibility for and
participation in intercollegiate athletics.  The rules and
regulations may include, but are not limited to, those adopted by a
voluntary association, one of whose purposes is to govern
intercollegiate athletics among schools and colleges.
