18110.  County boards of education may adopt lists of books and
other library  materials for districts not employing a superintendent
of schools or a librarian for full time.  The lists may be
distributed to all school districts in a county for use in the
selection of books and other library materials.



18111.  The governing board of any school district may exclude from
schools and school libraries all books, publications, or papers of a
sectarian, partisan, or denominational character.
