BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONS CODE
SECTION 20703 



20703.  No entity of state or local government shall by rule or
otherwise regulate the practice of industrial hygiene by any
certified industrial hygienist, except where authorized by state
statute to regulate a specific activity that may include the practice
of industrial hygiene.
