WELFARE AND INSTITUTIONS CODE
SECTION 7375

7375.  Whenever a  convict is received into a state hospital under
the provisions of Section 2684 of the Penal Code, the medical
director of the state hospital shall, 90 days after the arrival of
such person and each six months thereafter, report to the Director of
Corrections regarding the status and progress of the person.  The
convict shall, on recovery, be returned to prison in accordance with
the provisions of Section 2685 of the Penal Code.
