WELFARE AND INSTITUTIONS CODE
SECTION 18310-18312

18310.  The purpose of this chapter is to establish the Green
Light-Green Thumb programs for the benefit of senior citizens in
California, as funded under the mainstream program of the Economic
Opportunity Act of 1965, as amended, and as administered by the
United States Department of Labor.
18311.  Funds received pursuant to this chapter shall be
administered by the California Commission on Aging, and such
commission shall provide any planning necessary to implement the
programs established under this chapter.
18312.  The state shall supply the necessary in-kind equipment and
materials for projects under which the Green Light-Green Thumb
programs contract with a department or agency of the state.  In
projects under which the Green Light-Green Thumb programs contract
directly with local government entities, such local governmental
entities shall supply the necessary in-kind equipment and materials.
