2005 California Water Code Sections 7075 CHAPTER 6. USE OF STREAMS AS CONDUITS

WATER CODE
SECTION 7075 

7075.  Water which has been appropriated may be turned into the
channel of another stream, mingled with its water, and then
reclaimed; but in reclaiming it the water already appropriated by
another shall not be diminished.
