2005 California Water Code Sections 37580 Article 6. Inclusion of Land Owned by the District

WATER CODE
SECTION 37580 

37580.  Upon the determination by the board that the inclusion
within the district of any contiguous or noncontiguous land owned by
the district is for the best interest of the district, the board may,
by resolution, declare that the land is included within the
district.
