2005 California Unemployment Insurance Code Sections 16010 Article 3. Program Funding

UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE CODE
SECTION 16010 

16010.  The funding of programs developed under this chapter shall
be subject to the same conditions applicable to the distribution of
other federal funds allocated to the state for employment and
training services provided pursuant to this division which are not
required by federal law to be distributed to local service delivery
areas on a formula basis.
