2005 California Public Utilities Code Sections 40263 Article 5. Validation

PUBLIC UTILITIES CODE
SECTION 40263 

40263.  An action to determine the validity of bonds, including
refunding bonds, may be brought pursuant to Chapter 9 (commencing
with Section 860) of Title 10 of Part 2 of the Code of Civil
Procedure.
