2005 California Public Utilities Code Sections 3384 CHAPTER 6. TERMINATION PROVISIONS

PUBLIC UTILITIES CODE
SECTION 3384 

3384.  The authority may not finance or approve any new program,
enterprise, or project on or after January 1, 2007, unless authority
to approve such an activity is granted by statute enacted on or
before January 1, 2007.
