2005 California Public Utilities Code Sections 29580 Article 6. Contest of Annexation

PUBLIC UTILITIES CODE
SECTION 29580 

29580.  The validity of any proceedings for the annexation of any
county to the district shall not be contested in any action unless
the action is brought within three (3) months after the completion of
the proceedings.
