2005 California Public Utilities Code Sections 17501 CHAPTER 9. EXCLUSION OF TERRITORY

PUBLIC UTILITIES CODE
SECTION 17501 

17501.  Any territory within a district which is not benefited in
any manner by the district or its continued inclusion therein may be
excluded from the district by proceedings under and pursuant to the
District Reorganization Act of 1965 (commencing at Section 56000,
Government Code).
