2005 California Public Utilities Code Sections 11950 Article 7. Initiative and Referendum

PUBLIC UTILITIES CODE
SECTION 11950 

11950.  The initiative and referendum provisions of Chapter 4
(commencing with Section 9300) of Division 9 of the Elections Code
shall apply to every municipal utility district.
