2005 California Probate Code Sections 2670 Article 1. Appointment of Successor Guardian

PROBATE CODE
SECTION 2670 

2670.  When for any reason a vacancy occurs in the office of
guardian, the court may appoint a successor guardian, after notice
and hearing as in the case of an original appointment of a guardian.
