2005 California Public Resources Code Sections 9611 Article 2. Partition

PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE
SECTION 9611 

9611.  A partition of a district shall be made in accordance with
the District Reorganization Act of 1965, Division 1 (commencing with
Section 56000) of Title 6 of the Government Code.
