2005 California Public Resources Code Sections 71053-71055 CHAPTER 2. DEFINITIONS

PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE
SECTION 71053-71055 

71053.  "Advisory committee" means the Environmental Data Management
Advisory Committee established pursuant to Section 71064.
71054.  "Agency" means the California Environmental Protection
Agency.
71055.  "Secretary" means the Secretary for Environmental
Protection.
