2005 California Public Resources Code Sections 5099 Article 1. Declaration of Policy

PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE
SECTION 5099 

5099.  It is the purpose of this chapter to provide authority to
enable the state and its local governmental agencies and subdivisions
to participate in the benefits of the "Land and Water Conservation
Fund Act of 1965" (Public Law 88-578; 78 Stat. 897).
