2005 California Public Resources Code Sections 49190 Article 8. Revenue Bonds

PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE
SECTION 49190 

49190.  A district formed pursuant to this chapter is a local agency
within the meaning of the Revenue Bond Law of 1941 (Chapter 6
(commencing with Section 54300) of Part 1 of Division 2 of Title 5 of
the Government Code), and the provisions of that law are applicable
to that district.
