2005 California Public Resources Code Sections 25441 Article 2. Training and Management Assistance

PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE
SECTION 25441 

25441.  The commission shall provide financial assistance to local
jurisdictions for the purpose of providing staff training and support
services,  including, but not limited to, planning design,
permitting, energy conservation, comprehensive energy management,
project evaluation, and development of alternative energy resources.
