PENAL CODESECTION 7540
7540. A person committing any of the following acts shall be guilty of a misdemeanor: (a) Willful false reporting in conjunction with a report or a request for testing under this title. (b) Willful use or disclosure of test results or confidential information in violation of any of the provisions of this title.
