9050. The division shall establish priorities for the performance of inspections of premises for which uses have been reported pursuant to Section 9030 and shall perform as many of these inspections as possible within the limits of the resources available to it for that purpose. 9051. If an authorized representative of the division determines on the basis of an inspection that an employer is using a carcinogen in violation of the standards pertaining to its use, he or she shall immediately notify the employer and affected employees. 9052. Upon request of any employer or any employee, or upon its own initiative, the OSHA Consultation Unit of the department shall provide consultation services regarding the use of a carcinogen and may offer educational programs to inform employers and employees of the provisions of this part.
