2005 California Insurance Code Sections 500 CHAPTER 5.2. RENEWAL NOTICES

INSURANCE CODE
SECTION 500 

500.  Whenever any insurer has, as a regular course of conduct, sent
renewal premium notices to an insured, and intends to discontinue
that practice, it shall notify such insured of its intention not to
send such notices.
