2005 California Insurance Code Sections 1420 Article 7. Dividends

INSURANCE CODE
SECTION 1420 

1420.  Savings or credits may be returned to the subscribers
irrespective of the source from which such savings or credits accrue
whenever such returns do not constitute an impairment of the assets
or reserves required to be maintained.
