2005 California Insurance Code Sections 1260 Article 8. Reinsurance Transactions

INSURANCE CODE
SECTION 1260 

1260.  Incorporated insurers or reciprocal insurers who are members
of what is commonly known as a "group" or "fleet" may enter into
reinsurance transactions between members of the same "group" or
"fleet" unless otherwise specifically prohibited by law.
