2005 California Insurance Code Sections 10040 Article 2. Formation and Organization

INSURANCE CODE
SECTION 10040 

10040.  Any domestic corporation of insurance underwriters,
organized to discover and prevent fires and save life and property
from fire and doing business within any municipal corporation of this
State, may at its own expense maintain an underwriter's corps.
