HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE
SECTION 41040

41040.  The Sacramento district may, pursuant to agreement with one
or more local agencies within the district, establish the Sacramento
Metropolitan Air Quality Coordinating Council to provide for
coordinated air quality planning within the Sacramento district.
