2005 California Health and Safety Code Sections 11778 Article 4. Counties

HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE
SECTION 11778 

11778.  It is the intent of the Legislature that the department and
the counties maintain a cooperative partnership to assure effective
implementation of the provisions of this division as described in
Chapter 4 (commencing with Section 11795) of this part.
