2005 California Harbors and Navigation Code Sections 7280 Article 1. Annexation

HARBORS AND NAVIGATION CODE
SECTION 7280 

7280.  Land in the same county in which the district is located,
whether contiguous or not or incorporated or not, which is not a part
of the district may be annexed thereto.
