2005 California Government Code Sections 9200 Article 4. Legislative Employee Benefits

GOVERNMENT CODE
SECTION 9200 

9200.  Each employee of the Legislature may elect to receive one or
more employee benefits, as prescribed by concurrent resolution
heretofore or hereafter adopted, in lieu of a portion of the
compensation provided to the employee.
