SECTION 8549-8549.8

8549.  The definitions contained in this article shall govern the
construction of this chapter, unless the context requires otherwise.
8549.1.  "Asbestos release" means any dislodged building
construction material that contains any amount of asbestos fibers.
8549.2.  "Act of terrorism" means any unlawful harm, attempted harm,
or threat to do harm to, any state employee, state property, or the
person or property of any person on the premises of any
state-occupied building or other property leased or owned by the
state.
8549.3.  "Business interruption" means any unplanned occurrence
which causes the stoppage of the operation of any state agency in
such a manner that it cannot accomplish its mission and goals.
8549.4.  "Director" means the Director of the Office of Emergency
Services.
8549.5.  "Public transportation interruption" means the complete
loss of public transportation services, including, but not limited
to, the loss of transportation services due to the closure of a
bridge or major highway, but does not include the loss of a personal
vehicle.
8549.6.  "Responsible administrator" means the agency emloyee who
has onsite authority to direct state agency employees.
8549.7.  "State-occupied building" means any building owned or
leased by the state.
8549.8.  "Team" means the Emergency Response Team for State
Operations.
