2005 California Government Code Sections 73698-73698.6 Article 10.5. Fresno County

73698.  This article applies to the Central Valley Municipal Court
District of Fresno County.  The court referred to in this article
shall become operative upon the consolidation of the Coalinga,
Firebaugh, Fowler-Caruthers, Kerman, Kingsburg-Riverdale,
Parlier-Selma, Reedley-Dunlap, and Sanger Judicial Districts by the
Board of Supervisors of the County of Fresno.
73698.6.  Facilities for the court shall be maintained in the Cities
of Coalinga, Firebaugh, Fowler, Kerman, Kingsburg, Parlier, Selma,
Reedley, and Sanger, and the communities of Caruthers and Riverdale;
and in such other locations within the County of Fresno as are
designated by the board of supervisors.  The court shall hold
sessions at each facility as business requires.  At the direction of
the court, arraignment of criminal defendants who are in custody at
the Fresno County Detention Facility shall be held at the court
facility located at the Fresno County Detention Facility.
