GOVERNMENT CODE
SECTION 69993 

69993.  In San Joaquin County, each superior court reporter shall be
paid a salary to be established by the San Joaquin County Board of
Supervisors.
   The number of superior court reporters shall not be less than the
number of San Joaquin County Superior Court judicial positions.
