2005 California Government Code Sections 68121 CHAPTER 1.3. ELECTIONS OF JUSTICES AND JUDGES OF COURTS OF RECORD

GOVERNMENT CODE
SECTION 68121 

68121.  A confirmation by the Commission on Judicial Appointments,
pursuant to subdivision (d) of Section 16 of Article VI of the
California Constitution, is effective when adopted by the commission.
  Promptly thereafter, the commission shall file a written notice of
the confirmation with the Secretary of State.
