GOVERNMENT CODE
SECTION 65025-65028.2

65025.  "Office" as used in this chapter means the Office of
Planning and Research.
65026.  "Functional plan" as used in this chapter, means an
intermediate- or short-range plan for the operation of a discrete
function of state government.
65027.  "Report" as used in this chapter, means the State
Environmental Goals and Policy Report.
65028.1.  "Council," as used in this chapter, means the Planning
Advisory and Assistance Council established pursuant to subdivision
(a) of Section 65040.6.
65028.2.  "District," as used in this chapter, means a regional
planning district created by the Office of Planning and Research
pursuant to Section 65040.4.
