GOVERNMENT CODESECTION 25549.20-25549.23
25549.20. Any county or city and county may contract to acquire a condominium interest, as defined in Section 783 of the Civil Code, in real property to be used jointly by the county or city and county and any private person, firm, or corporation pursuant to this article. Any land, building, or portion thereof, which is used by a private person, firm, or corporation pursuant to this article shall be subject to the zoning and building code requirements of the local jurisdiction in which the land and building are situated. 25549.21. The site in which the condominium interest is to be acquired may, prior to acquisition of such interest, be owned by a private person, firm, or corporation. 25549.22. The condominium interest acquired may be for a term of years or in fee. 25549.23. Any acquisition of a condominium interest shall be upon such terms and conditions as the parties thereto may agree. However, a notice of intention shall be given as provided in Section 25350 not later than the close of escrow.
