FOOD AND AGRICULTURAL CODE
SECTION 4251-4253

4251.  Any association and any county may jointly construct a
building to constitute a war memorial.  The war memorial may be used
for any purpose for which real property of an association may be
used.
4252.  The war memorial may be constructed and managed under such
terms and conditions as may be agreed upon by the board of the
association, with the approval of the department, and the board of
supervisors of the county.  It shall be owned and used jointly by the
association and county.
4253.  Any construction work which is done pursuant to an agreement
shall be performed in accordance with, and subject to, Chapter 1
(commencing with Section 10100) of Part 2 of Division 2 of the Public
Contract Code.
