FOOD AND AGRICULTURAL CODE
SECTION 41131-41132

41131. This chapter does not apply to grapes which are marketed by
or through a nonprofit cooperative marketing association unless the

solid determination of the grapes of its members determined as
provided in this chapter and notifies the agricultural commissioner
of each county in which the association operates any winery of such
election.
41132. This chapter does not affect the right of a purchaser of
grapes for wine and byproducts purposes to specify a minimum
