FOOD AND AGRICULTURAL CODE
SECTION 10341-10342

10341.  Any vaccine which is used pursuant to this chapter shall be
procured by the department from a laboratory which is licensed by the
Agricultural Research Service of the United States Department of
Agriculture. The vaccine, after purchase directly from the
laboratory, shall be distributed by the department.
10342.  It is unlawful for any person, except a federal, state,
county, or municipal officer or employee, in his official capacity,
or an accredited veterinarian, to buy, possess or use a vaccine or
antigen which contains brucella micro-organisms, except pursuant to
the regulations of the director.
