2005 California Elections Code Sections 16620 Article 2. Primary Elections: Contests Other than Recount

ELECTIONS CODE
SECTION 16620 

16620.  The court shall meet at the time and place designated in the
order setting the contest for trial, and shall have all powers
necessary to determine the issues.
