2005 California Education Code Sections 94999 Article 16. Termination

EDUCATION CODE
SECTION 94999 

94999.  This chapter shall become inoperative on July 1, 2007, and,
as of January 1, 2008, is repealed, unless a later enacted statute,
that becomes operative on or before January 1, 2008, deletes or
extends the dates on which it becomes inoperative and is repealed.
