SECTION 94361-94363

94361.  A law school not accredited by the examining committee of
the State Bar may refer to itself as a university or part of a
university, and if it so refers to itself, shall state whether or not
the law school is associated with an undergraduate school.
94362.  (a) The Council for Private Postsecondary and Vocational
Education and the Attorney General shall take cognizance of the fact
that both have definite duties and responsibilities under this
chapter.
   (b) The Council for Private Postsecondary and Vocational Education
shall report any information concerning possible violations of this
chapter to the Attorney General.
   (c) The Attorney General shall make investigations that are
necessary to determine whether or not there has been compliance with
this chapter.
94363.  The Attorney General is hereby authorized to take such
actions as are necessary, including the obtaining of injunctive
relief, to enforce the provisions of this chapter.
