2005 California Education Code Sections 90190 Article 9. Employees

EDUCATION CODE
SECTION 90190 

90190.  Employees of the academy shall retain and carry over to
their status as employees of the trustees any seniority credit,
permanent status, and accumulated leave as earned and available
immediately prior to the employee's transfer to employment with the
trustees.
