2005 California Education Code Sections 84890 Article 8. Flexible Calendar

EDUCATION CODE
SECTION 84890 

84890.  A community college district board may offer, subject to the
approval of the Board of Governors of the California Community
Colleges, and in accordance with rules and regulations to be adopted
by the board of governors, courses under a flexible calendar.
